We offer stress-free testing for participants conducted at our collection site, their place of residence or at a location of their choosing. This test is performed using a DNA sample collected from the inside cheek of each party’s mouth. No blood, hair or urine is required. This is a simple mouth swab. After the sample is collected they are overnighted to our lab and typical turnaround time is 10 – 15 days.
DNA paternity testing (sometimes called parentage testing) uses DNA, the biological basis of inheritance, to prove or disprove the biological relationship between a child and an alleged father. It is based on the fact that we inherit half of our DNA from our father and half from our mother.
